CNC Operator/Mechanic Horizontal Machining

Company profile successful and dynamic production company Your main tasks - Independent setup and operation on the automated StarragHeckert HEC 500 machining center and FASTEMS manufacturing system - Setting up and operating CNC specialist and profile grinding machines - Self-control with 1st-piece control (four-eyes principle) - Maintenance of tools and measuring with a pre-setting device - Continuous process improvement at the workplace (KVP) - Periodic maintenance of the machines and systems Education and experience You bring a completed vocational apprenticeship as a mechanic/polymechanic, with several years of CNC experience on horizontal machining centers. Readiness for working in 2-shift operation is given. By type, you are resilient, flexible and can integrate well into a team.
