Your tasks

• Conducting and documenting incoming telephone calls
• Answering emails in the administrative area
• Customer-oriented, friendly product and service advice

Your profile

• fluent, accent-free German, as well as Swiss German understanding
• other languages such as English, French, Italian are an advantage - are a plus
• good PC skills and good IT user knowledge
• as well as good communication and advisory skills complete your profile
