For our client, an innovative company in the field of security and building technology, we are looking for a technically savvy and customer-oriented personality as a Service Technician Security Technology (m/f/d). The position offers a varied mix of technology, customer contact, and independent work. Even motivated career starters and lateral entrants with basic technical training will receive comprehensive induction.

Service Technician Security Technology (m/f/d) ###

Your Tasks ###

• Installation and commissioning of modern alarm and video surveillance systems
• Carrying out maintenance, repair, and upkeep work
• Analysis and rectification of technical faults at customer sites
• Expansion and adaptation of existing security systems
• Programming and configuration of the systems used
• Technical advice and instruction of customers
• Handover and explanation of the installed systems
• Cooperation with project managers and other technical specialist departments
• After appropriate induction, taking over on-call services

Your Profile ###

• Completed basic technical training, for example as an electrical installer, electrical fitter, automation technician, automotive mechatronics technician, or comparable
• Interest in alarm, video, and security technology
• Good IT user knowledge and enjoyment of digital technologies
• Knowledge in low-voltage or building technology is an advantage
• Willingness to familiarize yourself with new technical systems and applications
• Driver's license Cat. B and willingness for regional customer assignments
• Independent, careful, and reliable way of working
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact and professional appearance
• Good German language skills
