You perform active requirement engineering by capturing, analyzing, documenting, and validating requirements. As a Business Engineer, you design, maintain, and optimize the software solutions and end-to-end business processes surrounding payment transactions and means of payment. You ensure the operation and documentation of the entire lifecycle of the applications, from conception through management to replacement. You work in a multidisciplinary team and, together with colleagues, share responsibility for ensuring that our customers can pay easily at all times. You are responsible for the testing, execution, and acceptance of releases to ensure software quality. What you bring Education: Bachelor's degree (University, Fachhochschule) Field of study: Business Informatics, Digital Business Administration, or similar. Professional experience: 3-5 years as a Business Analyst / Engineer in financial services, payment transactions You have sound experience in the development and optimization of software solutions, ideally in a financial or specifically in a payment transaction environment. With your proactive attitude, you contribute innovative ideas, enjoy taking responsibility, and successfully drive projects forward with a pronounced can-do mentality. Your strong teamwork skills are demonstrated by your openness to feedback, your willingness to share knowledge, and your ability to communicate clearly and convincingly. You are enthusiastic about topics surrounding payment transactions and means of payment and want to contribute actively to the continuous improvement of the customer experience.
