Your tasks

You are a communicative and decisive personality who always maintains an overview and does not lose focus on detail even in complex situations. You are specifically looking for a position that allows you to take on responsibility with enthusiasm. Together with your team of seven employees, you ensure that personal damages (minor cases, normal damage cases as well as complex UVG cases) are processed efficiently, precisely and with high quality. You rely on clear structures as well as legally secure decisions and comply with statutory regulations. You know how to skillfully motivate and inspire your work environment as well as your team. You offer us:

• Professional experience in processing complex damage cases
• Leadership experience or deputy experience is a plus. Otherwise, we expect motivation and suitability to take on the task.
• Appreciation and understanding towards fellow human beings
• Proficient German language skills
• Foreign language skills in French and Italian are an advantage
