For our customer, we are looking for a CNC Bending Machine Operator 100% Your area of responsibility: • You independently bend sheet metal parts according to production orders and technical drawings • In doing so, you independently set up and operate the Trumpf EHT 8-meter bending press • The processing mainly includes large and heavy components • You carefully check your manufactured parts based on the specified drawings and production orders • To this end, you independently carry out dimensional and quality controls • In addition, you ensure qualitatively flawless and on-time production • The careful handling of machines, tools and operating resources is also part of your everyday work Your profile: • Completed vocational training in metal processing, for example as a plant and apparatus builder, metalworker or in a comparable profession, is an advantage • You have several years of practical experience in CNC bending and sheet metal processing • Your knowledge in the operation of Trumpf machines and controls is very good • Experience on Trumpf bending presses is particularly important for this position • Ideally, you are already familiar with working on a Trumpf EHT, preferably on an 8-meter bending press • You can read technical drawings reliably and independently implement the corresponding specifications • Your experience enables you to independently set up and process bending orders • Ideally, you are already familiar with handling large and heavy workpieces • In addition, you are characterized by an independent, reliable and quality-conscious way of working • Your physical resilience as well as your pronounced safety awareness round off your profile
