As the central hub of our emergency department, you coordinate administrative processes, support patients during admission, and work together with our interdisciplinary team to ensure smooth operations. YOUR TASKS • You receive our patients and ensure a professional and warm first impression • You coordinate patient flows, telephone calls, and information between patients, nursing, medical staff, and other specialist departments • You ensure that patient data, reports, and administrative processes are processed completely, correctly, and on time • You keep an eye on organizational processes and contribute to an efficient management of emergency operations • You support the interdisciplinary team with your organizational talent and thereby ensure that everything runs smoothly in the background <br /> YOUR PROFILE • Training in the healthcare sector (e.g., nursing, MPA, emergency services, or comparable) with experience in the acute care sector • Strong service and patient orientation and an independent, structured way of working • High flexibility as well as calm and overview in a dynamic environment • Confident handling of digital work tools and administrative processes • Enjoyment of a two-shift operation from Monday to Sunday <br /> OUR OFFER • Varied and responsible activity with a lot of independence • Exciting working environment in busy emergency operations • Committed, interdisciplinary team with appreciative cooperation • Does all this sound good?
