Come and contribute your talent to a company in full evolution.   Product Manager   WHAT YOU WILL DO: #### • Ensure the monitoring of the product life cycle, including the evolution of sales, performance, assortments, and optimization needs • Successfully carry out development, adaptation, or product deletion projects, in collaboration with R&D, production, quality, purchasing, and sales • Ensure the administrative monitoring of products as well as their creation and update in the various internal systems • Coordinate the various steps necessary for market launch: tests, validations, item data, packaging, documentation, and meeting deadlines • Drive cross-functional projects in close collaboration with the various internal departments and external partners • Provide the necessary support during customer tenders, by centralizing information and coordinating the contributions of the different services • Ensure the monitoring of labels, certifications, declarations, and other specific requirements related to products and customers • Collaborate with sales teams by providing the necessary product information, presentations, arguments, and sales support tools WHAT YOU BRING: #### • Higher education (University, HEC/HEG, business or engineering school) with a specialization in marketing • Proven experience of at least 5 years in a similar function, ideally in the agri-food sector; a technical background in R&D as well as experience with dairy products intended for industry constitute an asset • Excellent understanding of marketing challenges, product innovation, and consumer trends • Solid skills in project management and coordination of multidisciplinary teams • Fluent command of French or German, with good knowledge of the other language (minimum B2 level); proficiency in English is an asset • Leadership, analytical mind, results orientation, excellent communication skills, and strong team spirit WHAT WE OFFER YOU: #### • An evolving environment and a pleasant working framework • Possibility of internal training and development • Various discounts at more than 150 partners via the Swibeco platform • Advantageous social benefits (supplementary health and accident insurance, supplement to family allowances) 4 REASONS TO JOIN CREMO: #### • You will actively participate in the transformation of Cremo  • You will contribute to projects at the heart of a historic Swiss agri-food company • You will have a direct impact on the company's performance to achieve our ambitious objectives  • You will commit to a sustainable and responsible activity We look forward to receiving your application!
