As part of our growth strategy, we have the following position to fill: Measurement Technician / Quality Inspector 80-100% (m/f) Your tasks: Inspection of incoming goods and ensuring a smooth process Carrying out first-article, sample, and incoming goods inspections using modern measuring equipment such as length and diameter measuring devices, measuring microscopes as well as coordinate measuring machines Creation of inspection protocols as well as documentation of errors, deviations and complaints Carrying out error and damage analyses as well as development of suitable corrective and improvement measures Creation and checking of first article inspection reports Creation of quality reports including error and damage analyses Programming and operation of 3D coordinate measuring machines (Mitutoyo) Processing, documentation and follow-up of supplier complaints as well as communication with suppliers Support in the clarification and documentation of customer complaints in cooperation with the project management Coordination of the inspection planning for the control of incoming goods in close cooperation with production Active optimization and further development of existing inspection processes Maintenance, calibration and proper use of testing equipment and measuring machines Your qualification Completed vocational training as a polymechanic or comparable technical training Several years of professional experience as a quality inspector, preferably in the metalworking industry Successfully completed further training in the field of measurement technology or the willingness to do so in handling modern measuring equipment and coordinate measuring machines Strong interest in error, cause and damage analyses Independent, structured and reliable way of working High quality awareness as well as willingness to take responsibility Good communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team Good German skills, English skills an advantage but not necessary Your chance We offer you an activity in a challenging, dynamic environment with great growth potential.
