We offer a fair salary, which ranges between CHF 83’000 to CHF 93’000 per year (100% workload) depending on experience and skills. Applications from talents with differing competencies are also welcome; in such cases, your salary may lie slightly below or above the range.

This is what you can achieve.

• Together with a second vocational trainer, you lead, promote, and accompany around 45 apprentices in logistics EBA and EFZ during their entire training period.
• You ensure high-quality practical training and implement the requirements of the educational regulations as well as the Post training standards in everyday professional life.
• You participate in the recruitment and assessment of apprentices and accompany them during their training in their professional and personal development and convey to them the values and culture of the Post.
• You work closely with vocational training, vocational schools, parents, and other stakeholders and maintain a regular exchange.
• You actively participate in the recruitment and assessment of apprentices as well as in the induction of new employees and training in the area of occupational safety.

This is what you bring with you.

• You have completed basic logistics training EFZ, several years of professional experience in logistics, as well as initial leadership experience.
• You have already completed a professional federal diploma and the vocational trainer course or are ready to acquire these qualifications.
• Working with young people gives you joy and you convey knowledge in a motivating, understandable, and target-group-oriented manner.
• You convince through initiative, sense of responsibility, a high readiness to perform, as well as strong cooperation skills.
• With your clear communication, your assertiveness, and your structured way of working, you master different situations confidently. Very good German skills, good MS-Office skills, as well as the willingness to work from Monday to Friday between 06:00 and 16:00, round off your profile.
