The Assisted Living department offers diverse living and support services for people with support needs. The focus is on self-determination, participation and individually appropriate support. The offerings range from various communal forms of living to outpatient and increasingly flexible support settings. immediately or by arrangement. You bear the overall responsibility for the department with around 120 employees at 6 locations and directly lead eight management persons. Together with your management team, you ensure a high quality of the offerings and develop the department professionally, organizationally and economically. In doing so, you combine the social mandate with professional corporate management and create framework conditions in which employees take responsibility and people with support needs can live as self-determinedly as possible. You actively participate in the strategic and operational further development of the Integration business area and engage in cross-business-area topics. This includes active networking and cooperation with authorities (disability assistance), cantons, associations and specialist organizations.

You have a university degree in the social sector or a comparable qualification and bring several years of professional and leadership experience in disability services. You are familiar with the current developments in disability assistance as well as its financing and tariff structures. As a strong-leading and appreciative personality, you communicate in an audience-oriented manner and know how to win employees for common goals. Entrepreneurial thinking, business administration knowledge and enjoyment of innovative further development and change round off your profile.
