In the growing IV residential group Panoramablick in Wiedlisbach, you will care for, accompany, and support people with multiple mental and/or physical impairments. Together with the team, you will actively participate in building a lively living culture and reliable everyday structures. What you bring with you: • Certificate Pflegehelfer:in SRK or completion as Assistent:in Gesundheit und Soziales EBA • Joy in accompanying and caring for people with disabilities. Appreciative, empathetic, and resource-oriented attitude. • Good powers of observation, sense of responsibility, and reliable way of working. • Team spirit, flexibility, and solution-oriented action in changing situations. What you achieve with us: • You support residents with basic care and activities of daily living, for example with eating and drinking, with household management, with daily structure and everyday organization, as well as with leisure and social activities. As a reference person, you accompany residents in their personal development and coordinate their individual support and care. • You observe the health status of the residents attentively and pass on relevant changes to the responsible specialists. • Within the scope of your competencies, you measure vital signs, support prophylactic measures, and carry out the purchase of care items. • You document care and support services carefully according to internal specifications. • You actively participate in good care and support quality as well as in the further development of everyday life at Panoramablick.
