Cook m/f 100%

Tasks:

• Preparation of dishes according to recipes and quality standards
• Preparation and post-preparation of the kitchen (Mise en place)
• Plating and service of the dishes
• Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP)
• Cleaning and maintenance of workstations, equipment and kitchen utensils
• Support with goods receipt, storage and stock control
