Alzheimer Thurgau stands for a good life with dementia! Alzheimer Thurgau is a non-profit association that offers low-threshold counseling, support, and accompaniment for people with dementia, their relatives, and reference persons. It provides comprehensive information on the topic of dementia, offers services and events for people affected by dementia, and advocates for the understanding of the needs of those affected and the protection and respect of their dignity. Alzheimer Thurgau sees itself as a network partner for other organizations and institutions. In addition, the association represents the interests of those affected and their relatives to the public and politics. For the challenging task, we are looking for a personality for the Geschäftsleitung 80 % as of 1. September 2026 or by agreement. Your tasks • Management of the office • First contact by phone, e-mail or on site with those affected and their relatives • Care and support of the offer leaders and voluntary staff • Positioning of Alzheimer Thurgau in the healthcare system • Planning, organization and coordination of events and offers • Representation of Alzheimer Thurgau together with the board of directors • Acquisition and maintenance of sponsors as well as donation and patron management • Consulting, marketing and public relations as well as preparation of reports and media releases Your profile • Professional background preferably in the commercial, health or social sector • Several years of experience in administration, organization and coordination of tasks and projects • Business management knowledge • Willingness to deal in depth with the topic of dementia and to build up corresponding specialist expertise • Enjoyment of working with different stakeholder groups • Ability to contribute, listen and network • Empathetic, flexible and creative personality who represents securely and communicates convincingly Our offer • Meaningful activity with varied tasks and scope for design • Independent and responsible work area • Opportunity for personal and professional development as well as cooperation with a motivated team • Workplace in Weinfelden
