What you can achieve ##

• You operate and monitor our state-of-the-art production and packaging systems reliably.
• After every product change, you find the right settings and adjust the system accordingly.
• During your training, you will acquire comprehensive knowledge of materials science, productivity, quality control, error analysis, and hygiene regulations.
• You analyze malfunctions, identify optimization potential, and support improvements in the process ?.
• With your commitment, you ensure that our products ? leave the factory on time, safely, and in the best quality.

What you bring ##

• You have a secondary school diploma or equivalent.
• Technology fascinates you, and you have good manual skills.
• Care and cleanliness are a matter of course for you when working - especially with food.
• You like to work in a team ? and can organize yourself well.
• With a good sense of machines and processes, you quickly find your place in production.
• Your German language skills are at least at the B1 level.
• Additionally, you are an early riser and mobile, so you can start the early shift at 05.00 Uhr.
