Financial Accountant 80-100% #

for their location in the heart of the city of Zürich. In this versatile role, together with a collegial, upbeat team, you are responsible for the entire accounting of new and existing customers of our client. You prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to OR/IFRS, create variance analyses, and undertake various activities in the area of VAT and payroll accounting. Tasks in the area of controlling (e.g., project controlling, expenses, travel budgets), Taxes (assisting with tax declarations), as well as in the preparation of internal/external audits are also part of your versatile function. Participation in internal projects (or their management), e.g., optimization of processes, structures/cost centers, or in the context of consolidation, makes your position additionally exciting. Our client offers you a responsible function in an upbeat finance team with international interfaces, as well as attractive employment conditions and good internal development opportunities.

To be successful in this demanding position, you have a completed commercial basic training as well as relevant further education in finance and accounting (federal diploma or business administration further education with a focus on finance). In addition, you have already been able to gain several years of practical experience in accounting including monthly and annual financial statements (OR, ideally also according to IFRS) in larger SMEs with an international environment. Good knowledge of Abacus completes your profile. You communicate stylishly in German as well as well in English.
