Sales Assistant Inside Sales (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• You process customer orders from order entry to on-time delivery and ensure smooth processing.
• You create and process customer-specific offers and support the Key Account Managers in follow-ups and the active expansion of the offer pipeline.
• You coordinate customer inquiries regarding feasibility, completeness, prices and delivery times and ensure coordination with the responsible internal specialist departments.
• You are an important interface between customers, Sales, Key Account Management, Product Engineering, Application Engineering and other internal departments.
• You reliably maintain ERP and CRM data and create sales reports, presentations and relevant sales figures.
• You support the Sales team with administrative and organizational tasks, take care of returns and business trips and actively contribute to the optimization of internal processes

Your profile

• You have a commercial education and at least 2 years of professional experience in inside sales, ideally in an industrial company.
• You bring very good SAP and MS Office knowledge and have ideally already worked with a CRM system.
• You communicate confidently in German and English – other foreign languages are a plus.
• You work in a customer- and service-oriented, structured, reliable manner and keep an overview even with multiple tasks.
• You are characterized by initiative, independence, flexibility and resilience and like to roll up your sleeves.
• You are a communicative team player with healthy assertiveness and an interest in technical or electronic products
