Missions

Your main responsibilities are:

• Take all supporting measures to guarantee an optimization of rental yield (rent adjustment, budgeting of charges, programming of investments, etc.)
• Conduct visits, preliminary visits and inventory of fixtures
• Technical monitoring of buildings, follow-up of maintenance subscriptions, hiring and supervision of caretakers, claims management, control and coordination of works, control and follow-up of invoices and budgets
• In general, ensure the establishment of good relations with owners, tenants as well as other company services

Your profile

• CFC in commerce or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate
• Good knowledge of tenancy law and building technology
• Good writing skills in French;
• Perfect mastery of IT tools, Garaio REM & Tayo a plus
• Sense of organization, of precision
• Ability to manage stress
• Versatile and autonomous
• Driver's license
