• Accompanying interesting structural engineering projects from the start of construction to commissioning
• Realization of construction work in high quality, on schedule and cost-efficiently
• Cost and schedule control
• Maintenance of internal and external contacts
• Skillful and persuasive negotiation leadership

Profile:

• Training as a dipl. Bauleiter:in, Bautechniker:in HF or comparable
• Experience in construction management in Switzerland
• Sound knowledge in cost estimation, construction cost management and scheduling
• Winning, communicative personality
• Sense of responsibility, assertiveness and ability to work in a team
• Fluent German skills
