YOUR TASKS

• Your main tasks include professional and need-oriented care and support of the patients
• You work in the nursing process together with our attending physicians.
• You are also responsible for the implementation of medical prescriptions and participation in preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic measures
• High degree of autonomy and responsibility in clinical decision-making and the measures to be initiated
• You maintain complete and careful nursing documentation according to specifications

YOUR PROFILE

• Training as a certified nursing specialist HF/ FH or a comparable training
• Professional experience in an acute hospital desirable, career changers and returners are also welcome
• Good German skills in speaking and writing (B2 certificate)
• High social competence as well as strong empathy
• Willingness to be deployed flexibly in different specialist areas
