Architect 100% CDI (M/F/D) Responsibilities • Develop projects in the execution phase and establish detailed plans • Prepare technical files, execution plans and construction details • Coordinate the different stakeholders (engineers, companies, mandatories) • Ensure site supervision and monitor compliance with deadlines, costs and quality • Control the conformity of works with current standards, authorizations and regulations • Manage calls for tender, analyze bids and participate in the award process • Monitor the progress of works until the final delivery of the structure Profile • HES or EPF Architect diploma • Proven experience in the execution phase within an architecture firm in Switzerland • Excellent mastery of Swiss standards, regulations and construction processes • Rigorous approach, sense of detail and good organizational capacity • Ease in communication and teamwork • Very good mastery of IT and drawing tools • Fluent French, another language is an asset Benefits • Varied projects offering strong involvement in the realization phase • Attractive conditions and active participation in quality projects • Stable position within a developing company • Dynamic and collaborative work environment • Start date: to be agreed Contact information Please apply directly online.
