Real Estate Property Manager 60-100%

Our client is an established company in the field of real estate management.

Your tasks:

• Support for tenants and direct contact person including entire contract management
• Support of various projects such as renovations, construction and development projects
• Carrying out apartment inspections, handovers and lettings
• Processing of damage cases and heating/ancillary cost statements
• Participation in construction and renovation projects as well as cross-departmental cooperation
• Support with budgeting, annual financial statements and reporting

Your profile:

• Commercial or technical basic training; further training as a real estate clerk, certified real estate manager or federal diploma is an advantage, but not a requirement. Your practical experience is important to our client.
• Confident handling of MS Office, ideally also with Abacus
• Independent, structured and customer-oriented way of working
• Team player, communicative and service-oriented personality
