SQL Analyst Developer

• Participate in the analysis of needs and the definition of technical and functional solutions.
• Perform and maintain SQL developments.
• Ensure support and follow-up of application issues.
• Participate in testing phases and notably in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) tests.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams in order to identify and resolve encountered issues.
• Contribute to the follow-up and implementation of IT projects.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of existing applications and processes.
• Ensure good communication between the different stakeholders involved in the projects.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project-oriented IT environments.
• Solid mastery of SQL and significant experience in development.
• Experience in application support and in the analysis of technical issues.
• Good experience with UAT tests and the validation of solutions with users.
• Ability to understand both technical and functional issues.
• Experience in an HRIS environment is an asset.
• Experience or interest in Artificial Intelligence solutions would be a real plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ease in exchanges with various stakeholders.
