On behalf of Alois Bättig AG, we are looking for a motivated Heating Installer EFZ on behalf of Futuro Personal AG.

Their focus is on modern, energy-efficient solutions and first-class service.

• Focus on conversions/renovations: installation, conversion, and renewal of heating systems in existing buildings (apartments, commercial, single-family houses)
• Installation and commissioning of heating systems (incl. renewable energies such as heat pumps)
• Service, maintenance, and repair work
• Participation in the planning and execution of projects in a team
• Perspective: You already have leadership experience or want to take on responsibility as a Chief Fitter in the foreseeable future – with us, you have the chance to do so!

Your Profile

• Completed training as Heating Installer EFZ (or comparable)
• Professional experience in heating construction, ideally with a focus on conversions/renovations
• Leadership experience or strong interest in taking on responsibility as a Chief Fitter (already done or ready for it)
• Independent, reliable, and team-oriented way of working
• Category B driver's license is an advantage
• Enjoyment of varied work in the Central Switzerland region
