Our partner operates in the high watchmaking sector and develops, manufactures and assembles exceptional products thanks to a perfect mastery of its industrial activities and know-how. As part of its development, this company is looking for an Industrialization Methods Engineer to ensure the industrialization of components, coordinate technical exchanges and participate in the optimization of manufacturing processes.

Your tasks at your new employer

• You manage the industrialization of new components by defining manufacturing methods, operating sequences as well as control means in order to guarantee reliable and high-performance production
• You lead technical exchanges with the various interlocutors, coordinate the validation of prototypes, plan activities and ensure the follow-up of the different project stages with rigor
• You create and update technical data such as articles, bills of materials and industrialization files while ensuring their consistency and quality
• You analyze industrial needs, estimate manufacturing costs, propose suitable solutions and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of production methods
• You collaborate with several technical professions and bring your analytical spirit as well as your sense of organization in order to guarantee effective and sustainable industrial solutions

You offer your new employer

• You hold an ES Technician or HES Engineer degree in a technical field related to mechanics or microtechnics
• You benefit from proven experience in the industrialization of products or components within a watchmaking environment or a precision industry
• You easily use technical data management tools, ERP systems, bill of materials management software as well as common office applications
• You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, you are organized, rigorous, endowed with a solid analytical spirit and you enjoy teamwork while knowing how to anticipate priorities
