On our campus, Facility Management plays a key role in the transformation of our infrastructures and the support of our industrial activities. In this context, we are looking for a PMO / Facility Management Project Manager to lead various and strategic projects. Your mission ## You contribute to the transformation and performance of our campus by steering a portfolio of projects and ensuring their end-to-end execution. You will specifically work on: • renovation, transformation and construction projects • the layout of production and office spaces • energy and decarbonization initiatives • the digitalization of Facility Management tools (CAFM, GMAO, reporting) Your responsibilities ## PMO - Global Steering ### • Develop a consolidated vision of the project portfolio • Elaborate and monitor investment budgets • Prioritize projects and coordinate resources • Implement and monitor performance indicators • Anticipate and manage risks • Ensure regular reporting to management Project Management ### • Lead projects across all SIA phases • Analyze needs and define technical solutions • Plan, budget and monitor costs, deadlines and quality • Manage calls for tender and coordinate partners • Supervise the execution of works • Ensure the acceptance and commissioning of installations Your profile ## Education ### • Engineer in building techniques, energy or equivalent training • A certification in project management is an asset Experience ### • Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate project management • Confirmed experience in the various SIA phases • Experience in an industrial environment or complex projects desired Technical skills ### • Solid knowledge in building techniques (CVCS, electricity) • Good understanding of architectural interfaces • Mastery of AutoCAD and MS Project tools (Revit is a plus) • Knowledge of Swiss standards (SIA, AEAI, MINERGIE) Personal qualities ### • Rigor and sense of organization • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously • Analytical mind and solution orientation • Interpersonal skills and collaboration with various stakeholders ### Join us - and grow with us.
