Specialist Building Maintenance EFZ (m/f) - Property Maintenance

To strengthen the team, we are looking for a committed personality immediately or by arrangement.

Your area of responsibility:

• Execution of maintenance and servicing work as well as special cleanings
• Control and monitoring of technical systems
• Execution of minor repairs and maintenance work
• Care of indoor and outdoor facilities
• Ensuring the professional application of cleaning products
• Compliance with occupational safety regulations
• Coordination and control of external service providers

What you bring with you:

• EFZ Specialist Building Maintenance or adequate training
• Experience in the cleaning of various surfaces
• Enjoyment of cleaning work in and around buildings
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing (mandatory)
• Efficient, independent and clean way of working
• Readiness for on-call and weekend service
• Friendliness, independence, discretion, teamwork and flexibility
• Driver's license category B
• License for operating aerial work platforms an advantage or readiness to acquire it
