What you will accomplish

• You assume responsibility for the management and results for the heavily locally anchored branch in Altstätten as well as for the subordinate branch in Oberriet. You implement the commercial strategy in the region through targeted market activities.
• You have the overall responsibility for 28 employees and directly lead the corporate client team in Altstätten composed of 5 employees.
• You manage your own portfolio of corporate clients in the areas of financing, investment, and pension provision, offering your clients first-class advice and attentive follow-up.
• The development of existing client relationships as well as the acquisition of new relationships are also part of your tasks.
• You actively participate in the economic and social life in the market area (public events, demonstrations, etc.) and represent the bank publicly.

What you bring

• You have a higher banking or economic education.
• You have long experience in management and, thanks to your great social competence, you enjoy leading a high-performing team.
• You have several years of experience in advising clients, particularly in the corporate segment, as well as deep knowledge in the areas of financing, investment, and pension provision.
• You like to take responsibilities and shape them, you are communicative, think entrepreneurially, act autonomously, and distinguish yourself by your sense of negotiation as well as your sales and closing strength.
• You possess good knowledge of regional and local market conditions and are well connected accordingly.
