Laboro AG is a specialized personnel leasing company in the healthcare sector. For one of our clients in Kanton Zürich, we are looking for an engaged and reliable nursing assistant SRK / an engaged and reliable nursing assistant SRK, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Support in the holistic care and supervision of patients and residents
• Assistance with basic care as well as support with personal hygiene, mobilization, and food intake
• Promotion of independence and well-being of the persons under care
• Observation of the health status and passing on relevant information to the professional nursing staff
• Support in daily organization and accompanying the persons under care
• Professional documentation of the services rendered according to operational specifications
• Compliance with hygiene, quality, and safety guidelines
• Cooperation with the interdisciplinary team

Your profile

• Completed SRK nursing assistant course
• Professional experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage
• Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working
• High social competence, ability to work in a team, and empathy
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Joy in dealing with people
