Assistant in Care and Community Health (ASSC)
Sectors: Jura, Neuchâtel, Vaud & Fribourg

Job Description ###

• Medico-technical care: Performing capillary and venous sampling, administration of medication, subcutaneous injections and simple wound care.
• Daily accompaniment: Assistance with hygiene and comfort care, assistance during meals and assistance with mobility (transfers).
• Observation and monitoring: Monitoring of vital parameters and reporting of any change in clinical status.
• Logistics and administration: Management of medical equipment stocks, disinfection of devices and rigorous entry into the electronic patient record (DPI).
• Interpersonal: Psychological support to residents and building a bond of trust with families.

Profile ###

• Holder of the CFC as Assistant in Care and Community Health (ASSC).
• Ability to adapt and pronounced team spirit.
• Sense of organization and rigor in the execution of care protocols.
• Empathy, discretion and respect for professional secrecy.
