What you can achieve with us You independently accompany the employees of a large employer in the Canton Bern during the entire IV procedure. In this context, you also provide advisory support to the company. You carefully analyze the initial situation and involve relevant specialists and institutions in the case management and ensure the flow of information. You prescribe measures effective for integration and use your scope of action in a goal-oriented manner. You plan, coordinate, and manage the cooperation with external bodies such as employers, coaches, BIZ, social services, institutions, or insurance companies. You inform, advise, and accompany your clients individually, solution-oriented, and empathically with the goal of enabling them to have a new professional perspective. You actively participate in inter-institutional cooperation and help shape sustainable solutions. Which skills are important to us You have a tertiary educational degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (e.g., HR, Coaching, Case Management). You bring at least 3 years of professional experience in the integration field or in a consulting activity, or as a career changer at least 5 years of leadership activity in related fields. You have a good understanding of the Swiss education system as well as entrepreneurial thinking. You are strong in coordination, enjoy networking, and think in a solution-oriented manner. You appear empathically, clearly, and convincingly, and are able to advise and coach in a solution-oriented way. You complete the administrative tasks surrounding case management efficiently and in a structured manner, and appreciate both independent work and exchange within the team. We are a bilingual (German-French) company, so good knowledge of the respective other language is an advantage.
