Hauswart*in (m/w/d) Work location:Buchs AG Workload:100% Start of work:Immediately or by agreement Department:Building services / Janitorial services / Horticulture Your tasks - Execution of planned and short-term orders on the responsible objects, including processing of incoming tickets and timely implementation - Regular inspection and evaluation of the assigned objects as well as the building infrastructure, including detection and reporting of defects - Professional execution of area maintenance work, including weeding and snow removal - Ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene and quality guidelines as well as control of physical security aspects - First point of contact for customers; reception, processing and coordination of customer orders - Acquisition of additional orders in the maintenance area - Support of team leaders in cross-departmental and organizational tasks - Performance of standby services according to deployment planning - Work deployments from Monday to Friday as well as on weekends and holidays if required Your profile - Completed vocational training with experience in janitorial services or completion as a specialist in operational maintenance EFZ and/or as a janitor* with a federal certificate of competence - Assertiveness as well as good communication skills - Willingness to work flexible hours - Very good German language skills as well as good user knowledge in MS-Office - Driver's license category B That's what we stand for, that's what we commit to - today and in the future.
