For the Universitäre Klinik für Altersmedizin at the Waid location, we are looking for a motivated and committed personality, effective immediately or by arrangement. Tasks ## • You are responsible for the professional and patient-centered care of acute geriatric patients in a committed and motivated leadership team. In doing so, you are responsible for the planning and implementation of the nursing process. • You support the Nursing Management of the UKA in the professional, personnel, and administrative management of the inpatient ward and take over the leadership of your own employee group. • You coordinate and promote intra- and interdisciplinary cooperation. • You are responsible for the economic use of the available resources. • Together with the Nursing Management, the Group Leaders, the specialist consultants, and the vocational trainers, you support and promote - based on the vision of Shared Governance / Shared Leadership - the further development of nursing as well as safety and quality on the ward.
