Internationally very successful Swiss company in the overall area of winter sports, ski industry, snow procurement, snow preservation and glacier protection, consulting, management and ski area development for international and European ski and summer mountain areas and ski resorts. Motivated young entrepreneur, for administration, allrounder, assistant to management, with active drive and strong striving for further development. Areas of responsibility: • Organization of new setup, design of the workplace and the office infrastructure, creating order in the existing infrastructure. • Organization of the internal filing of customer and supplier dossiers • Working with the order processing system COMATIC. • Quotation creation and further processing, order processing, assistance with accounting accounts receivable / accounts payable, PR & marketing, purchasing, negotiations with active customer and supplier contact. • Active engaged assistance in the development/further development of future business strategies and fields of activity. • Co-design of international trade fairs, industry meetings, and specialist conferences, organization of customer events and customer loyalty programs. • Organization and active maintenance of social media, further development of web presences. Qualifications: We do not necessarily place value on hundreds of diplomas and certificates. Much more important is the personality, the authenticity and the conviction regarding the company's own products and services and the excellent communication skills in German, English, if possible French and Italian, best in spoken and written form.
