At amitola gemeinnützige GmbH für Kinder, we commit every day with heart, expertise, and engagement to the well-being of children and adolescents who, for various reasons, do not live with their parents and find a second home in the children's home - sometimes also having to find one.

With professional competence, a pinch of humor, and a lot of personal engagement, we create a safe place where up to 30 children and adolescents from infancy to the completion of their first vocational training are cared for. In a total of four age- and gender-mixed residential groups, operated year-round (24/365), we offer security, structure, as well as individual and resource-oriented support.

As part of our further development and to strengthen our existing teams, we are looking for personalities who want to contribute to providing young people with this environment - knowing that relationship, reliability, and genuine interest form the decisive foundations for sustainable development processes - and that this path is not always easy, both for the children and for the caregivers and managers.

Social Pedagogy (HF/FH) or Psychology ##
