We're looking for an experienced Supply Chain Network Planning Manager with a strong background in Supply Chain Planning, particularly Material and Packaging Planning, across complex, multi-site manufacturing environments.

As the Supply Chain Network Planning Manager, you'll play a key role in driving tactical supply chain planning across multiple international regions, developing planning scenarios, optimizing material requirements, and supporting strategic decision-making.

You'll also be responsible for driving global planning excellence, improving planning standards, and collaborating with senior stakeholders across the business.

This role is fully on-site in Zug, Switzerland, with international travel required approximately one week every two months.

The main responsibilities of the Supply Chain Network Planning Manager include:

  • Lead tactical Supply Chain Network Planning across multiple international regions, managing planning scenarios over an 18-month horizon
  • Analyze production capacity, material requirements, inventory levels, and supply constraints across a complex global manufacturing network
  • Develop and evaluate planning scenarios using advanced planning systems to support supply chain optimization and key business decisions
  • Collaborate with regional Supply Planning teams and Procurement to align raw materials, primary and secondary packaging requirements, and sourcing strategies
  • Drive global planning excellence by establishing, assessing, and improving planning standards, processes, and capabilities across different regions
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across Supply Chain Operations to influence decisions, improve planning maturity, and drive cross-functional alignment

Role requirements:

  • Strong experience in Supply Chain Planning, with essential knowledge of Material Planning, particularly primary and secondary packaging materials
  • Experience working across multiple manufacturing sites, ideally within a complex international or global supply chain network
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience using advanced supply chain planning systems to develop scenarios and support decision-making
  • Experience within a mature planning environment, with exposure to production, material, distribution, and inventory planning
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions across multiple regions
  • Strong interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to collaborate effectively within international teams
  • Project management experience and knowledge of planning platforms such as o9 Solutions would be advantageous
