Your contribution

• Responsible for second-level support of the SuperUsers of the logistics centers
• Lead monitoring of warehouse processes, perform corrections and initiate measures
• Create training materials and user documentation and pass on the content as an instructor
• Represent warehouse processes in projects such as ERP logistics as well as in various working groups
• Check and coordinate specifications for settings, changes and further development in the SAP system

• Higher vocational education in a technical or business administration direction
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse logistics
• Experience in SAP and good MS Office skills
• Customer-oriented and networked thinking as well as enjoyment of working in a team
• Good knowledge of a second official language
