Senior Real Estate Manager

Your mission

You ensure the management, monitoring, and enhancement of a real estate portfolio primarily composed of commercial spaces and investment properties.

Administrative, technical, and financial management and monitoring of the portfolio
Coordination with owners, tenants, service providers, and partners
Monitoring of contracts, leases, budgets, and charges
Management of works, renovations, and real estate projects
Participation in the optimization and development of the assets

Your profile

Commercial or technical training completed by higher education in real estate (Federal Diploma or equivalent)
Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate management
Experience in the management of commercial properties / retail spaces indispensable
Good knowledge of lease law and real estate management in Switzerland
Sense of organization, autonomy, and ease in project management
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Fluent French; English or German, an asset
