With your expertise and technical skill, you will advance the service technician team and resolve faults that others cannot solve. Tasks Technical (technical) leadership Ensuring and further developing processes and rules Induction, training and further education of the new TD technicians of the team Taking over the 2nd escalation level for problem systems Organizing the on-call planning of the team together with the dispatching Leading the ERFA meetings together with RSL Holiday planning of the TD-T together with RSL Processing complaints Requirements basic technical training and further education Specialist permit refrigeration certificate (WP) NIV-15 (WP) Teamwork, solution orientation, personal responsibility Our offer: Our employees are the key to bringing our vision to life.
