In order to support our various missions, we are looking to add the skills and enthusiasm of: de la maintenance (M/F) at 100% Your mission: Reporting to the infrastructure management, you guarantee the smooth running, maintenance, technical safety and compliance of buildings, installations and equipment. You coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance as well as the interventions of internal and external service providers, ensuring that they contribute to the well-being and quality of life of the people welcomed. Your main responsibilities: Ensure the general organization and smooth running of the maintenance service. Plan and monitor the daily activity of a team of 6 building professionals, controlling the progress of work according to defined priorities. Guarantee the technical safety of the buildings and respond without delay to fire and technical alarms. Monitor energy consumption and establish readings. Manage procurement, calls for tender and supplier contacts. Coordinate key management and access badges. Provide certain basic training (fire alarms, welcome day, etc.). Collaborate with the different internal services (green spaces, housekeeping, IT, etc.). Your profile: CFC level training in the technical field (building, maintenance) and significant experience in team management. Ability to organize, prioritize and delegate the work of a team. Leadership and ability to unite, motivate and develop the service. Good knowledge of building supervision and home automation systems (Sauter, Equans, KNX), of the telephone exchange and alarm management (ASCOM), as well as access control (KABA-EXOS).
