Job Description • Ensure the global steering and coordination of construction operations, from the execution phase to delivery, guaranteeing compliance with quality, deadline and cost objectives • Prepare, launch and analyze calls for tender, then conduct the selection and contract award processes • Coordinate all project stakeholders (design offices, companies, subcontractors and suppliers) to ensure efficient and harmonious execution of the work • Verify the technical compliance of execution plans and ensure their adequacy with regulatory requirements and current authorizations • Guarantee the application of quality, safety standards and current norms on construction sites • Provide a privileged interface role between the different project stakeholders and promote transparent communication throughout the operations • Supervise the financial monitoring of projects, notably the management of additional work, amendments, invoicing as well as contractual guarantees • Advise and accompany clients in technical choices and finishes, ensuring satisfaction of their expectations and project consistency Profile • You hold an ES technician diploma, or training in the building sector • You benefit from a first experience within a general contractor in Switzerland • You are comfortable with project management IT tools • Excellent command of French The Offer • Offer within a human-sized EG within a renowned group in the construction sector • Family group with a strong local presence • Varied, complex and stimulating projects • Autonomy, trust and good team cohesion • Attractive salary conditions and benefits
