Specialist Care Worker Our location in Oberburg offers 18 places for adults with mental disabilities who are in a transitional situation. We support people in coping with their daily lives, give them structure and support them in achieving their goals. We are inspired by the principles of the Recovery Movement, which is why peer workers are also part of our team. Lebensart Oberburg is part of the Stiftung Lebensart. Specialist Care Worker YOUR TASKS Accompaniment of residents according to their needs and abilities Consulting, structuring and accompaniment in individual daily planning Networked reference person work Outpatient accompaniment of our customers in their home YOUR PROFILE Training as a specialist in care (FaBe) / Dipl.
