Works Manager

What you can set in motion.

• In this site manager role, you ensure the realization of railway track renewal projects in Suisse Romande.
• You are in charge of the planning of material, logistics, intervals, safety, personnel, and machines for all your construction sites.
• You monitor the execution of the works (including personnel instruction, debriefing), as well as the administrative monitoring (budget, SAP monitoring, calls for tender for external companies).
• On a daily basis, you collaborate closely with the installations manager, the project manager, internal CFF partners (interval management, management of wagons and machines, other internal partners), as well as with various external partners.
• You coordinate the work of other technical services, e.g., contact lines, safety installations, cables, with development projects.

What you bring.

• Your professional and personal background has allowed you to develop an important team spirit, a good capacity for collaboration with many stakeholders, as well as autonomy in your work.
• Over the years, you have acquired at least a first experience in the management of works, ideally in the railway field or in civil engineering.
• You benefit from training in the construction field. This position can be addressed to a person possessing either a CFC training or higher education (HES, CAS, university).
• You master French (level C1); good knowledge of German would be an asset.
• For this position, you could be required to work occasionally at night or during weekends, depending on the needs of the construction site.
