Your tasks

Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process

Assumption of leadership tasks in consultation with the team lead/LPB
Assumption of tasks as a nursing reference person

Responsibility and management of the nursing process of the assigned guests incl. the RAI nursing needs assessment

Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach

Planning and accompaniment of physician visits

Assumption of daily responsibility with coordination of the day team

Leading case discussions and nursing reports

Assumption of tasks as a topic carrier in a specialist topic and thus participation in the group-wide network for nursing quality
Accompaniment of our trainees

Your profile

Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent training recognized by the SRK

Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage

RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (will be paid for)

A warm and humorous basic attitude

Enjoyment of versatile challenges

Good German skills in speaking and writing

Experience in the care & accompaniment of trainees (SVEB 1 is an advantage or the willingness to complete it)
