Architect Project Manager (M/F/D)

We are looking for an Architect / Project Manager on behalf of one of our clients, to strengthen its teams and ensure the design, monitoring, and successful completion of its projects.

Job Description

• Participation in the design and development of architectural projects.
• Preparation of plans and coordination of the various project phases.
• Site supervision and monitoring of the conformity of the works.
• Management and coordination of consultants, companies, and partners.
• Preparation and administrative monitoring of project files.

Profile Sought

• HES or EPFL Architect with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience.
• Good knowledge of Swiss construction standards.
• Proficiency in software: AutoCAD, MS Project, Messerli, Word, Excel, and ArchiCAD.
• Rigor, autonomy, and organizational skills in project management.
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
