Requirement profile ##

• Degree as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF, DN II, AKP or a recognized equivalent training
• Experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Responsible and independent way of working
• High social competence and appreciative interaction with elderly people
• Joy in collaborating within a team

Tasks ##

• Holistic care and support of the residents
• Co-responsibility for high care quality and a professional care process
• Secure actions and decision-making even in demanding situations
• Electronic nursing documentation and service recording
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with internal and external specialists
• If interested, involvement in the guidance of trainees
