What you bring ###

several years of professional experience ####

in production or supply chain in the food industry / FMCG, including experience in leadership roles.

Completed vocational training (EFZ) ####

technical or commercial training (e.g., food technology, production technology, HF/FH or equivalent).

German (business fluent) ####

Mandatory

Sound knowledge in production control, Lean methods, as well as basic knowledge in QM and GMP/HACCP requirements.

Mandatory

Strong leadership competence, communication strength, and team promotion; strong process thinking and solution-oriented action.

Readiness for 3 shifts and, if required, 4 shift work
