Polymechanician with CNC programming and team leadership

Activity + Independent setup of CNC lathes for production + Creation and continuous optimization of CNC programs directly on the machine or via Solidcam + Production of individual parts and small series while maintaining high quality standards + Planning and preparation of production processes and workflows + Instruction and support of operating personnel in everyday production • Requirements + Completed vocational training as a polymechanician EFZ + In-depth experience in programming multi-axis CNC lathes + Good knowledge of Siemens or Fanuc controls is advantageous + Very good German language skills in word and writing + Independent, precise and structured way of working as well as high team and responsibility willingness • Offer + Varied activity in a committed, small team + Modern production environment with the latest machine technology + Flexible working hours with flextime and attractive further training opportunities
