Architect 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from design to delivery while respecting costs, deadlines, and quality
• Manage building permit requests and ensure compliance with standards
• Conduct feasibility studies and prepare technical files
• Coordinate stakeholders and supervise calls for tender
• Analyze quotes and monitor the progress of work

Profile

• HES or EPF Architect degree
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Mastery of professional software in the sector
• Fluent French, both written and spoken
• Creative, rigorous, excellent communicator and capable of solving complex problems
