In this central position, you will advise customers by telephone, organize efficient service assignments, and actively contribute to the optimization of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Your tasks:
Telephone customer service & dispatch
Receipt and processing of defect reports for household appliances
Competent telephone customer advice as well as independent processing of inquiries
Planning and organization of efficient service technician assignments taking into account economic and ecological criteria
Solving simple technical issues by telephone to reduce on-site assignments
What you bring with you:
Completed vocational training
Experience in customer service or contact center is an advantage
Strong service and sales orientation
Fluent German skills in spoken (Swiss German) and written
French and/or Italian skills are a big plus
Confident handling of MS-Office and modern IT systems
